1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
- Timeframe: You have 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Proof of Purchase: Original order confirmation or receipt required
Non-Returnable Items:
Based on our product categories, the following items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons:
- Ondergoed (underwear)
- Handschoenen (gloves)
- Mutsen & hoeden (hats & caps)
2. How to Return or Exchange
Step 1: Initiate Your Request

Step 2: Wait for Authorization
Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Step 3: Package Your Items
Securely package the items in their original packaging if possible. Include the original invoice or packing slip.

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
3. Refunds & Processing Times
Once we receive and inspect your returned items:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after receipt
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Timing:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item as soon as we process your return. Shipping times follow our standard delivery estimates.
4. Special Circumstances
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a free return and expedite your replacement or refund.
Wrong Item Received: If you receive an incorrect item, we’ll cover return shipping costs and prioritize your correct order.
5. International Returns
For customers outside the Netherlands:
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Customs duties paid on original order are not refundable
